Real estate guidance without the pressure

Buying a home

Three questions before any offer — price, condition, exit — so you know what you are buying and what it costs you to leave.

Selling a home

Pricing built on how buyers actually behave, plus a room-by-room plan for what is worth fixing before you list.

Market clarity

What comparable homes near you actually sold for, why they sold, and what that means for your street specifically.

Wondering what your home is really worth?

Understanding your home’s value starts with context — not algorithms.

I price against what comparable homes near you actually sold for, the condition yours is in today, and what buyers in your price band keep walking away from.

Sold our condo for 98.7% of asking

My wife and I have two very different personalities. We are not easy to satisfy. I thought Tyler was very patient, honest in his advice, knowledgeable because of his years in flooring and renovation, and aggressive when needed at negotiation time. For 3 months during the selling and the buying process, our line of communication always stayed open through emails, phone calls and even texts. Tyler sold our condo for 98.7% of the asking price, and we now have our dream house. Thanks buddy

Sold for $80,000 more than the home across the street

Tyler has great market knowledge with prepared charts and graphs and details pertinent to our home’s sale. He gave us the right tools to prepare and stage our home. We trusted Tyler with the list price of our home as he wanted to list a little higher than what the market was saying, within 3 weeks we had sold our home for list price and $80,000 more than a home across the street. He’s a real professional and works hard for his client.

Frequently Asked Questions

What areas of Calgary do you serve?

I work across Calgary, but most of my business is in the south — Auburn Bay, Mahogany, Cranston, McKenzie Lake, McKenzie Towne, Sundance, Lake Bonavista, Parkland, and Chaparral. I live here too, so I know which streets back onto the pathway system and which ones back onto Deerfoot.

Can you help with buying and selling?

Yes, and most of my clients do both at once. The hard part is rarely the paperwork — it is deciding whether to sell first or buy first, which changes your negotiating position on both ends. I map out both scenarios with your actual numbers before you commit to either.

What makes your approach different?

My background is construction and renovation, so at showings I look past the finishes — poly-B plumbing, grading that slopes toward the foundation, an attic that is still at 1990s insulation levels. Those are the things that cost money after possession.

How do I start a real estate conversation?

Call, email, or use the form below. You do not need to be ready to buy or sell — a good share of my conversations are with people who move eighteen months later, and some who decide not to move at all.
